Nikolaos Pastrikos is a graduate of the University of West Attica (Athens) and holds a Master's degree in the assessment and management of pain from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is certified as a Manual Therapist by the international organisation IFOMPT and HOMTedu, and he also holds a first aid certification diploma from the FADI organisation
He is a certified instructor in the Clinical Pilates method (Motor Control and Myofascial Approach A–Z, Therapy Lab Academy), with many years of experience designing rehabilitation programs for musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions.
He is trained in the application of Dry Needling and the design of custom orthotic insoles for musculoskeletal and other disorders. He has also participated in numerous seminars and has presented papers at national conferences of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists.
