She brings over 12 years of professional experience in the fields of fitness and wellness, having worked in five-star hotel resorts and well-established fitness centers in the city of Chania.
Tania is a certified Pilates instructor (mat & equipment) by A.F. Studies and B.A.S.I. Pilates, with more than a decade of experience in applying the method. She specializes in adapting Pilates programs for individuals with injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and for those seeking muscular strengthening and stability through Pilates.
She also holds certifications in resistance training (A.F. Studies) and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic form of yoga that promotes strength, flexibility, and mental focus.
